Manage the closing and funding process for first and second mortgage loan files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines. Coordinate with borrowers, title companies, and internal teams to resolve issues and meet closing timelines.
The Account Executive will proactively identify and cultivate relationships with brokers to secure loans, ensuring consistent growth in the client base. They will also serve as the primary point of contact for brokers, delivering outstanding client service and facilitating the successful submission and closing of loans.
