The Controller will lead day-to-day accounting functions, including managing the general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting integrity. They will also partner with executive leadership to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and financial analysis as the company scales.
Build and lead a high-performing inbound and outbound patient engagement function to drive conversions, refills, and retention. Design operational workflows and manage a team of specialists to resolve patient friction and recover lost revenue.
Provide high-quality virtual care to patients by diagnosing and treating medical conditions via telehealth platforms. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver preventative care, manage prescriptions, and ensure an exceptional patient experience.
