You will own supply acquisition by building channels and funnels to attract qualified engineering talent to the platform. Your primary objective is to scale these channels and automate processes to increase the number of relevant candidates.

Manage the founder's outreach by identifying high-value prospects and partners to build a steady pipeline of meetings. Monitor social media for engagement opportunities and manage the CRM to prepare the founder for each interaction.

The Communications Manager will own Lemon's external voice, focusing on executive branding for the founder and distributing content across social and traditional media. They will also identify internal company milestones and translate them into public narratives to establish the company as a category leader.

You will own product areas from conception to delivery, driving discovery through user interviews and data analysis. You will also work with AI agents to automate workflows and collaborate with engineering to ship features that impact business metrics.
