The BDR will spearhead the outbound motion by building a lead generation playbook and identifying high-potential prospects. They will collaborate with GTM engineers to automate workflows and book high-value discovery calls for the sales team.

The Communications Manager will own Lemon's external voice, focusing on executive branding for the founder and distributing content across social and traditional media. They will also identify internal company milestones and translate them into public narratives to establish the company as a category leader.

You will own product areas from conception to delivery, driving discovery through user interviews and data analysis. You will also work with AI agents to automate workflows and collaborate with engineering to ship features that impact business metrics.

You will own engineering at Lemon.io, leading a growing team and making critical architecture and prioritization decisions. You will be hands-on and directly accountable for the speed and quality of the product.
