You will own product areas from conception to delivery, driving discovery through user interviews and data analysis. You will also work with AI agents to automate workflows and collaborate with engineering to ship features that impact business metrics.

You will own design projects from conception to delivery, collaborating closely with the Product and Engineering teams. Your goal is to design and improve the Lemon.io platform, including the talent portal, client portal, and internal CRM.

The engineer will own a brand-new internal data platform, designing and building how to gather, structure, and surface developer intelligence. They will work directly with stakeholders to understand what data matters most and build a valuable system.

You will own engineering at Lemon.io, leading a growing team and making critical architecture and prioritization decisions. You will be hands-on and directly accountable for the speed and quality of the product.
