Lead the origination and execution of acquisitions for a new investment strategy focusing on founder-led professional services businesses. Manage the entire transaction lifecycle from initial sourcing and diligence through to closing and post-transaction integration.

The Portfolio Operations Specialist will analyze legal documents, conduct research, and monitor litigation finance portfolios to support underwriting and investment decisions. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage case files, track performance, and improve operational workflows.

The Business Development Associate will build and manage a pipeline of law firm relationships through targeted outreach and networking. They will identify key decision-makers and develop engagement strategies to advance partnerships with Legalist's leadership team.

The Managing Director will lead bankruptcy, restructuring, and workout efforts across the platform to protect capital and drive recoveries. They will partner with investment teams to evaluate distressed opportunities and manage complex, adversarial legal and financial situations.

The Investment Counsel will conduct legal research and due diligence on investment opportunities, prepare investment memos, and negotiate investment terms and pricing with plaintiffs and attorneys. This role also involves training the engineering team to translate legal knowledge into automation.
