The System Engineer will automate the deployment, monitoring, and management of Kubernetes clusters across global compute offerings. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and provide technical support for the Kubernetes product.

Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the Ontario region while generating and closing new business. Lead, coach, and develop a growing sales team while building relationships with MSPs, resellers, and technology partners.

The role focuses on selling IaaS and Cloud solutions by strategically targeting new prospects and converting them into customers. The manager owns the commercial relationship and sales process for new logos before handing them off to internal support.
