Clinicians will provide expert clinical judgment to support digital health projects, including AI agent evaluation and the design of care pathways. They are responsible for validating that League’s programs and content reflect current evidence and safety standards.
You will validate and grade AI-generated benefits guidance against accuracy and coverage standards to ensure trustworthy member support. Additionally, you will design and pressure-test scenarios to identify failure modes and provide subject-matter expertise on benefits, claims, and regulatory boundaries.
Own the post-sales value lifecycle by translating pre-sales ROI commitments into measurable frameworks and KPIs. Lead executive value reviews to prove business impact, defending renewals and identifying expansion opportunities.
