Lead actuarial workstreams for financial condition examinations of life insurance companies on behalf of regulatory bodies. Manage statutory valuation, reserving adequacy, and product pricing while providing expert conclusions aligned with NAIC frameworks.

The Tax Manager is responsible for planning and staffing engagements, supervising staff, and reviewing complex tax returns. They also maintain ongoing client relationships and represent clients before tax authorities during examinations.

Lead complex accounting advisory engagements for private equity and corporate clients, focusing on purchase accounting and transaction-related matters. Support the growth of the Accounting Advisory practice through business development, team leadership, and high-quality client delivery.

The Tax Manager acts as a liaison between partners, clients, and staff, managing multiple client engagements simultaneously, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow coordination. Responsibilities also involve developing and training staff, major involvement in firm practice development, and developing advanced technical and management skills.
