The IT Manager will oversee day-to-day IT operations, including hardware/software support, identity and access management, and Google Workspace administration. They are also responsible for managing third-party security vendors and optimizing the company's SaaS stack and IT policies.

Lead sourcing, procurement strategy, and supplier management for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Drive cost optimization and network efficiency to support rapid growth across retail and ecommerce channels.

Own the company's business intelligence strategy, data integrity, and reporting infrastructure to support strategic decision-making. Manage external analytics partners and translate complex datasets into actionable growth and profitability recommendations.
