Lead the accounting organization and oversee accounting operations, financial close and consolidations, reporting, cash management, payables, receivables, payroll, tax compliance, audits, and internal controls. Partner with technology and organizational leaders to improve accounting processes, automate work, shorten the close cycle, support ERP initiatives, and provide M&A due diligence.
You will conduct high-energy outbound calls to prospective students to identify their goals and guide them toward the appropriate fitness certification programs. Additionally, you will manage your sales pipeline through a CRM and collaborate with the team to meet monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
