The project manager will serve as the primary representative in Kenya, building relationships with government, industry, and NGOs to shape transportation policy. They will also develop outreach strategies and conduct technical analyses to support the organization's research and policy goals.

The researcher will perform high-quality data-driven research to support the development and implementation of transport decarbonization policies for light-duty vehicles in Mexico. They will also engage with external stakeholders, author technical publications, and present findings to policymakers and regulatory working groups.

Lead the clean fuel and vehicle policy portfolio in Thailand by building relationships with government agencies, NGOs, and industry partners. Develop policy strategies and technical reports to support fuel-efficiency standards and zero-emission vehicle availability.
