Institute for Strategic Dialogue (ISD)

The consultant will design and oversee digital research and survey components, operationalizing narrative frameworks across multiple social media platforms. They will manage local survey partners and triangulate quantitative findings with qualitative evidence to produce policy-relevant reports.

The consultant will conduct digital ethnography and narrative analysis to identify information manipulation regarding Germany in Brazil, India, and South Africa. They will also assist in survey design and contribute country-specific insights to monitoring reports and impact assessments.

The role focuses on expanding the US foundation funding portfolio by identifying and cultivating relationships with private, family, and corporate foundations. Key duties include leading the development of compelling proposals and managing the funding pipeline to support priorities like countering extremism and AI impact.
