Solve talent challenges and implement HR solutions to support business units and the overall talent strategy. Collaborate with Centers of Expertise to execute HR plans, including recruiting, retention, and organizational restructuring.

The role involves designing and leading Maconomy Cloud Finance-based solutions, aligning them with business strategy, and providing strategic oversight throughout the solution lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment. Key duties include advising on best practices, creating business cases with ROI analysis, and driving post-implementation value realization.
