Onboarding Specialist (Mercado Italiano)
The Onboarding Specialist will coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new clients via video calls, ensuring they are comfortable and proficient with the PMS software. They will also act as a liaison between clients and the Sales, Product, and Support teams to provide feedback and improve documentation.
