The Civil Aviation Law Expert will conduct a comprehensive review and gap analysis of Armenia's aviation legislation to align it with ICAO standards. They will also draft legislative amendments and provide advisory support to transform the Civil Aviation Committee into an autonomous and sustainable authority.
The expert will assess and design sustainable financial frameworks, cost-recovery mechanisms, and governance structures for the Civil Aviation Committee and AASIID. They will also contribute to project monitoring, stakeholder engagement, and the development of multi-year financial projections to support institutional reform.
