Lead U.S. growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities with aerospace, defense, and space OEMs. Serve as the technical-commercial interface to translate customer requirements into actionable engineering and manufacturing plans.

Develop in-house Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software and build integration layers between internal tools and industrial CAD/CAE/CAM systems. Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from requirement design with end users to the release of production-standard software.

The Head of Partnerships & Grants will build the ICOMAT ecosystem by securing partnerships and managing grant-funded programs. This includes developing grant strategies, leading proposal writing, and ensuring program governance post-award.

Lead the end-to-end process of securing grant funding and building strategic partnerships across the UK and Europe. Manage the full lifecycle of funded programs from strategy and proposal writing to post-award governance and reporting.
