Lead and expand the substation business through strategic growth, operational excellence, and the management of financial P&L. Oversee the safe and profitable execution of power transmission and distribution projects across the western continental U.S.

Lead the development of detailed cost estimates and proposals for complex transmission and substation power projects. Collaborate cross-functionally to validate scopes of work, identify risks, and create competitive pricing strategies.

Acts as the primary liaison between the program and subcontractors, managing the RFP process and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsible for coordinating bid events, scoring proposals, and managing subcontractor prequalification and onboarding.

The Estimator II prepares accurate bid estimates and cost documentation for medium to large Transmission & Distribution and substation projects. They coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage bid strategies, monitor awarded contracts for scope changes, and identify construction risks.
