The Estimator II is responsible for preparing detailed, accurate bid estimates and competitive cost strategies for medium to large-scale power and utility infrastructure projects. This role also involves managing bid reviews, risk assessments, and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success.

The Project Manager I manages small to mid-scale construction projects across various markets using the company's Project Management Methodology. They are responsible for project lifecycle success, risk mitigation, and reporting performance data to stakeholders.

Lead all estimating and preconstruction functions for utility capital programs, including transmission, distribution, and gas infrastructure. Oversee bid strategies, cost modeling, and risk evaluation to ensure competitive and profitable project proposals.

Lead the development of detailed cost estimates and proposals for complex transmission and substation power projects. Collaborate cross-functionally to validate scopes of work, identify risks, and create competitive pricing strategies.

The Estimator II prepares accurate bid estimates and cost documentation for medium to large Transmission & Distribution and substation projects. They coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage bid strategies, monitor awarded contracts for scope changes, and identify construction risks.
