MXDR Security Engineer
Provide technical support for MXDR clients by configuring and monitoring security tools, troubleshooting issues, assessing incidents, responding to attacks, and escalating critical threats in accordance with SLAs. Train clients and partners, collaborate with internal teams, and report customer feedback and product improvement opportunities.
