The Chief Operating Officer will lead enterprise operational excellence across services, consulting, customer success, and account management, focusing primarily on efficiently delivering measurable client outcomes. This role is also responsible for strengthening client satisfaction, establishing a unified post-sale operating model, and operationalizing AI initiatives.
