Provide first-level technical support by investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving product, access, and process issues. Maintain ownership of cases, drive issues to resolution, and effectively escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams.

The Account Executive will develop and execute cold calling strategies to target mid-market prospects and manage the full sales cycle. They will also conduct online product demonstrations and collaborate with the sales team to close deals while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
