The Senior Product Marketing Manager will own the value story for the TaxSys platform by developing positioning, messaging, and evidence-based collateral. They will also partner with sales, product, and client success teams to drive adoption, enable demos, and support new market expansion.
The manager will build and manage an editorial roadmap while creating high-quality content such as case studies, reports, and thought leadership pieces. They will also develop customer advocacy programs and partner with internal teams to distribute content and measure performance.
You will write data conversion code to migrate clients to the TaxSys software and track down elusive errors in client data. You will work in an agile team, collaborating with data analysts to validate converted data and ensure a trouble-free go-live.
The Business Analyst acts as a liaison between developers and clients to solve complex problems and configure software to meet client needs. Responsibilities include prioritizing feature requests, conducting software testing, and providing training to clients.
