The Strategic Account Executive will leverage existing executive relationships to open new enterprise accounts and originate strategic opportunities for Gradera's AI-native services. They will partner with internal teams to shape account strategies and drive long-term growth within newly established client relationships.

The role involves transforming complex real-world data into scalable machine learning solutions and meaningful business insights. Responsibilities include conducting rigorous exploratory analysis, building analytical datasets, and deploying ML models using MLOps best practices.

Lead the technical design and hands-on implementation of enterprise test automation solutions using the TestPhi platform. Establish a blueprint for the automation foundation, including CI/CD integration, governance, and reporting for client environments.
