The Facility Condition Assessor will conduct and oversee facility condition assessments for federal projects while coordinating with stakeholders and facility managers. They are responsible for maintaining accurate databases, mentoring assessment teams, and preparing technical reports and recommendations.

Conduct comprehensive on-site visual assessments of real property equipment to evaluate operating efficiency and remaining life expectancy. Utilize proprietary software to input, validate, and maintain facility condition data while collaborating with teams to meet project goals.
