Responsibilities include negotiating pricing, facilitating smooth transactions while adhering to the commission structure, and aggressively following up on potential buyers to maximize deal conversions.

This role is responsible for owning and executing the US sales and revenue plan, which includes monitoring performance, optimizing conversion efficiency, and building/managing a high-performing sales and concierge team.
