Future

You will own the core marketplace experience, designing and optimizing both consumer and practitioner journeys from the ground up. You will define product strategy, manage the roadmap, and partner with engineering to ship features that drive business growth and marketplace health.

You will build and deploy AI agents and features that improve product experience, owning the full lifecycle from prototyping to production. This includes designing evaluation harnesses, managing latency and cost, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to iterate on AI capabilities.

You will own the frontend architecture and implementation of the member-facing product while partnering with product and design teams. You are expected to set standards for code quality and leverage AI to enhance the member experience and development velocity.

You will own and shape key product experiences by defining systems, workflows, and interfaces for the Future platform. You will partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate user needs into cohesive, high-fidelity designs that drive engagement.
