The Head of Engineering is accountable for fleet availability and serves as the senior technical authority for wind turbine operations. Responsibilities include setting engineering standards, leading technical teams, and driving continuous improvement through service modifications and upgrades.

Provide day-to-day leadership and operational support for a 24/7 remote control room monitoring wind turbines. Manage escalations, oversee team workloads, and ensure consistent service delivery across multiple countries.

Acts as the primary liaison between wind farm owners and internal teams to translate client needs into operational priorities. Responsible for monitoring contract compliance, managing service delivery communications, and reporting performance metrics.

The Control Room Operator monitors global wind turbine performance and escalates system alerts while remotely troubleshooting technical issues. They also coordinate tasks between customers, technicians, and support teams to ensure efficient service operations.

The Electrical Engineer will maintain wind turbine safety and reliability by developing electrical standards and performing root cause analyses on recurring issues. They will also provide technical support to field technicians and control room engineers, both remotely and on-site.
