The role involves providing acceptable customer service to patients, co-workers, payors, and providers while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in completing assigned job duties. A key function is utilizing knowledge of ICD-10, HCPCS, and CPT Coding standards.

The Therapist provides a full range of outpatient therapeutic services remotely, focusing on individuals impacted by behavioral health issues, including addiction, substance use, and mental health, while maintaining professional and ethical standards. Responsibilities include delivering individual, group, marital, and family counseling, completing diagnostic intake assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing crisis services during regular operations.
