The Customer Success Manager will own the post-sale relationship, delivering product training and ensuring schools maximize the value of assessment programs. They will also drive customer engagement, monitor product usage, and proactively manage renewals and account growth.

Deliver live, virtual tutoring sessions to students in one-on-one or small group settings using provided curriculum. Maintain a safe, interactive virtual classroom environment while adapting instruction to meet individual student needs.

Validate royalty calculations, ERP integrations, and financial data flows across platforms like Rightsline and D365. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including functional, integration, and UAT testing to ensure accurate financial reporting.
