The Beehive Project Developer will build and scale the Beehive Microgrid line of business by identifying growth models and managing revenue performance. They will lead end-to-end development of regional fleets, including procurement, vendor management, and the creation of repeatable operational playbooks.
The Operations Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the leadership team, including managing schedules, compliance tasks, and office logistics. They also assist with project and event coordination across various teams to ensure organizational goals are met efficiently.
Lead and implement a comprehensive resource development strategy covering grants, corporate sponsorships, and individual giving. Manage the full funding lifecycle from prospect research and proposal writing to funder stewardship and reporting.
