The VP of Engineering is responsible for the long-term technical vision, organizational health, and scalable architecture of the Fluency platform. This role focuses on building high-leverage organizational structures and ensuring cross-functional alignment at the executive level.
Lead and mentor a team of product designers while remaining hands-on in designing AI-native, conversational enterprise software. Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex ad-tech into intuitive user experiences and evolve the design system.
Act as the primary technical and strategic point of contact for clients to drive business goals and optimize large-scale digital advertising campaigns. Collaborate with internal product teams to translate client feedback into platform enhancements and ensure long-term retention.
Lead the vision and roadmap for Paid Search and AI Search Advertising integrations, specifically focusing on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. Manage the technical execution of API updates while driving innovation in conversational AI interfaces and emerging search surfaces.
Architect and execute integrations between Fluency's automation platform and major Demand-Side Platforms like The Trade Desk and Amazon DSP. Design partner API integrations and encode platform-specific operational semantics to ensure correct campaign execution.
