Flow Foundation

Develop and optimize core components of the Flow protocol, specifically focusing on the Execution node and the Cadence programming language. Improve the blockchain's performance, scalability, and reliability to support mainstream Web3 adoption.

This role involves owning and operating all Flow social media channels end-to-end, including defining the narrative, tone, and positioning for Flow within the broader crypto conversation. The lead will also run go-to-market launches, coordinate marketing efforts with ecosystem partners, and aggressively use AI and automation to scale output.
