Fireclay Tile

You will own the lifecycle strategy and operating rhythm across various customer journeys using data, experimentation, and AI. This involves building and improving customer programs across email, CRM, and direct mail while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive conversion and retention.

The Senior UI/UX Designer will own the end-to-end design for fireclaytile.com, including Shopify Plus configuration and custom development projects. They will collaborate with the internal development team and Growth Marketing to optimize site performance, conversion rates, and user experience.
