The Account Manager will maintain and grow relationships with existing clients in the steel fabrication industry to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. They will act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, renewals, and business reviews while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.
Lead a team of account managers while personally managing strategic accounts to drive renewal and expansion revenue. Develop and implement repeatable playbooks for retention, upsell processes, and team performance tracking.
