Lead the day-to-day execution of tax due diligence and structuring for buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions. Act as the primary tax advisor to clients and deal teams while mentoring engagement teams and managing project deliverables.

Perform buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence for M&A transactions, including analyzing tax filings and identifying exposures. Assist with tax structuring engagements, modeling exercises, and the preparation of executive summaries for clients.
