You will lead the governance and role engineering work, including designing role models, lifecycle processes, and access certifications. Additionally, you will assess identity governance maturity and define risk-tiered access reviews and segregation-of-duties controls.
Inventory PeopleSoft identity attributes, security configurations, integrations, and credentials, and trace how they drive access and downstream data flows. Define replacement attributes for the future state and help plan parallel testing, migration cutover, rollback, and decommissioning with application owners and administrators.
You will reconcile identity records between Workday and Microsoft Entra ID while building data quality reports and dashboards. Additionally, you will facilitate stakeholder workshops to capture requirements and maintain the requirements traceability matrix.
