Conduct thorough Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) both independently and as part of a team to evaluate physical property conditions. Ensure the timely production of high-quality inspection reports and identify proactive improvement opportunities such as energy efficiency enhancements.
The Assistant Project Manager will execute tasks such as submitting utility record requests, conducting site assessments, and managing service request packages. They will also maintain positive relationships with utility providers and internal team members to support real estate development projects.
