Partner with enterprise customers to guide AI agent deployments and ensure successful product adoption and value realization. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer needs into technical improvements and product roadmap influence.

This role involves serving as a technical advisor and trusted consultant to enterprise prospects, driving value-based solutioning and integration of the AI-native platform into complex customer ecosystems. The engineer will partner with Account Executives to discover solutions and architect generative AI experiences for end users.
