The Market Director is responsible for growing and retaining assets in sub-advised mutual funds and ETFs by executing a territory business plan across various financial channels. They act as the primary face of the firm, managing advisor relationships, delivering product positioning, and collaborating with an internal sales consultant to meet sales targets.

Manage the national accounts team to drive strategic direction and achieve firm goals while serving as the primary contact for select broker-dealer relationships. Responsible for increasing product offerings on key platforms, driving new business, and mentoring the sales team to strengthen execution.
