Act as the bridge between clients and freelance linguists to manage the full lifecycle of localization and interpretation projects. Responsibilities include budgeting, coordinating project phases, and performing quality checks to ensure accurate delivery.

Handle client inquiries via phone, chat, and email to provide information on translation and interpreting services. Coordinate with Project Managers to define project scopes and keep clients updated on project status.
