The specialist will maintain and improve existing production workflows and internal automation tools while diagnosing system failures. They will also be responsible for documenting processes, managing credential hygiene, and eventually supporting the company's client portal and compliance products.

The People and Culture Assistant will drive employee engagement and development initiatives while providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR function.
