Responsible for the maintenance and repair of client equipment on Cubic assets to ensure maximum reliability and availability. The role involves performing routine maintenance, responding to faults, and adhering to contractual SLAs.

Lead workforce analytics and organizational insights to deliver actionable intelligence for strategic decision-making. Partner with HR and Finance leadership to develop data-driven workforce strategies and manage executive reporting dashboards.

The role involves applying systems engineering processes to convert customer needs into total system solutions while managing technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Key duties include requirements analysis, system design oversight, integration planning, and system-level testing.
