Consultants will advise key stakeholders through the selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday HCM, involving hands-on full-scale implementation, project management, and change management activities. Key duties include driving success in full-cycle implementations, delivering post-production support, spearheading data conversion, and cultivating strong client relationships.

The Architect will craft and architect comprehensive Workday HCM solutions aligned with business objectives, spearheading configuration across various HCM modules like Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits. Responsibilities also include orchestrating seamless integrations with other systems and designing comprehensive test plans for validation and troubleshooting.

As a Workday Certified Payroll Consultant, you will lead post-production support engagements and optimize existing Workday Payroll configurations. You will also provide strategic guidance on best practices and resolve complex payroll issues.
