Advise clients on the definition and implementation of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes using Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM. Analyze existing ALM landscapes to identify optimization potential and conduct training workshops for clients and team members.

Responsible for the introduction and further development of ServiceNow ITSM modules from requirement analysis to go-live. This includes optimizing solutions based on customer needs and conducting workshops and training for end users.

Lead and develop the ServiceNow consulting team while overseeing the implementation and optimization of ITSM modules for clients. Drive the strategic positioning of the ServiceNow portfolio and manage projects from analysis through to go-live.

Lead and manage a team of ALM consultants, overseeing professional development and resource planning. Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of customer projects and the strategic implementation of ALM strategies using Jira and SAP tools.
