The specialist will manage the full lifecycle of the NASA Tournament Lab toolkit for multiple projects and oversee task order execution on the NASA Open Innovation Services 3 contract. Responsibilities also include advising project owners on best practices, conducting lessons learned meetings, and identifying innovative methodologies and tools.

The Technical Lead will architect end-to-end systems, evolving prototypes into scalable, secure enterprise applications while driving the strategy and implementation of Generative AI features. Primary functions include acting as an unblocker, providing technical leadership and mentorship, and driving robust DevOps and automation practices.
