The Recruitment Specialist serves as the primary contact for prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process and registration. They are responsible for direct outreach, coordinating recruiting events, and maintaining relationships with referral partners to increase enrollment yield.

The Enrollment Systems Administrator manages the configuration, maintenance, and effective use of the Salesforce/TargetX CRM platform. This includes executing system updates, building reports, and providing technical support to end users across the student lifecycle.

The Adjunct Instructor will be responsible for teaching virtual synchronous courses for Columbia College-Virtual Education. Candidates will be contacted if an opening in their respective fields becomes available after their application is considered active for two years.
