You will own AI-powered features end-to-end, from product framing and API design to implementation and performance metrics. You will also mentor team members and contribute to the company's shared AI toolkit and engineering standards.
Lead end-to-end design initiatives for core business portals and payment experiences while co-leading Design Ops to ensure consistency and scalability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and customer success to validate technical feasibility and user needs.
