You will build and operate an agentic support layer that resolves customer inquiries by integrating with internal systems and orchestrating LLM-based workflows. You will own AI-powered features end-to-end, from product framing and API design to implementation and performance metrics. You will also mentor team members and contribute to the company's shared AI toolkit and engineering standards.
