This role involves managing P&L performance, overseeing M&A integration, and building scalable operating systems to ensure consistent growth and efficiency.

The Integration Controller will lead the financial integration of newly acquired businesses by standardizing accounting processes and implementing financial systems. They will also manage system cutovers, prepare opening balance sheets, and ensure compliance with GAAP and ASC 805 standards.

The role involves leading audit and financial disclosures for M&A transactions and onboarding new acquisitions onto the finance tech stack. It requires effective coordination with various teams to ensure a smooth integration process.
