Serve as the financial intelligence engine for the security portfolio, managing multiple P&Ls and driving critical operating decisions. Lead financial modeling, AI-enabled workflow automation, and provide financial partnership for M&A deals.

The VP of Operational Excellence will drive gross margin expansion and performance improvement across all security partner companies through field operations discipline and technology-enabled initiatives. This role involves managing P&L performance, overseeing M&A integration, and building scalable operating systems to ensure consistent growth and efficiency.

The FP&A Analyst will support strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes while managing the 13-week cash flow model. They will also drive automation through AI tools and provide actionable insights through variance analysis and financial reporting.

The Integration Controller will lead the financial integration of newly acquired businesses by standardizing accounting processes and implementing financial systems. They will also manage system cutovers, prepare opening balance sheets, and ensure compliance with GAAP and ASC 805 standards.

The role involves leading audit and financial disclosures for M&A transactions and onboarding new acquisitions onto the finance tech stack. It requires effective coordination with various teams to ensure a smooth integration process.
