The Controller manages day-to-day accounting operations, including the general ledger, intercompany transactions, and the financial close process. They are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of consolidated financial statements and maintaining effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.

The role involves sourcing, negotiating, and closing new e-commerce ecosystem partnerships to drive predictable revenue growth. The manager will own the entire partner lifecycle, from initial discovery to operationalizing integrations and tracking performance KPIs.

The role involves becoming an expert on Clearco's platform and driving funding originations from assigned accounts, including engaged, renewal, and lapsed customers. Responsibilities also include cultivating strong relationships with founders and advocating internally for customer needs regarding creditworthiness and growth opportunities.

The role involves consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets by managing the full sales cycle within a named account territory, including prospecting, funnel management, demos, and closing deals with Founders and CFOs. Responsibilities also include nurturing lost pipelines, tracking sales metrics, acting as a client partner, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams.
