The junior attorney will draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction documents and ancillary agreements for renewable energy financings. They will also collaborate with clients and colleagues to manage deal components and ensure project success.
Lead M&A transactions specifically focused on the acquisition and disposition of renewable energy projects. Coordinate due diligence reviews, manage transactional documentation, and collaborate with clients and internal subject matter experts.
Advise clean energy clients on complex corporate and transactional matters, including financings, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. Lead deal teams, manage client relationships, and provide legal guidance on corporate governance and business lifecycle issues.
Support project development in the renewable energy field by drafting and negotiating contracts such as EPCs, O&Ms, and PPAs. Collaborate with clients and colleagues to advance sustainable energy projects while adhering to firm policies.
