Support project development in the renewable energy field by drafting and negotiating contracts such as EPCs, O&Ms, and PPAs. Collaborate with clients and colleagues to advance sustainable energy projects while adhering to firm policies.

Serve as a junior attorney focusing on renewable energy tax equity and tax credit transfer transactions. Conduct complex legal research and draft memoranda, opinions, and transactional documentation for clients.

The junior attorney will manage renewable energy transactions, specifically focusing on tax equity and tax credit transfer deals. Responsibilities include conducting complex tax research, drafting legal opinions, and performing tax due diligence for project documentation.
