You will serve as the primary technical architect for large-scale AI and HPC customer initiatives, bridging the gap between business objectives and hardware execution. Responsibilities include designing GPU supercomputing clusters, generating detailed bills of materials, and guiding customers through successful deployments.
Own the reliability, performance, observability, and automated orchestration of Civo’s production GPU platform, including hardware diagnostics, firmware and driver lifecycle management, networking, storage, and Kubernetes and Slurm operations. Lead major incident responses and vendor escalations, automate node recovery and fleet operations, and conduct blameless post-mortems that drive preventative improvements.
Triage customer tickets, platform alerts, and hardware faults across GPU infrastructure, Linux systems, and high-speed networks, while providing clear customer updates and maintaining accurate shift handovers. Perform first-line diagnostics, coordinate data center technicians and hardware replacements, prepare vendor RMA evidence, and escalate complex incidents with detailed documentation.
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise GPU clusters, coordinating customers, procurement, hardware vendors, data center operators, and internal engineering teams to meet contracted Ready-For-Service dates. Oversee physical deployment, testing, risk and change control, issue resolution, and customer handover.
