Acts as a liaison between members and community-based service providers to facilitate quality, cost-effective care. Responsibilities include monitoring member wellbeing through home visits, adjusting care plans, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve barriers to medical care.

Build and strengthen partnerships with nursing and allied health programs to create clinical experiences and career pathways for students. Collaborate with leadership to develop workforce pipelines and represent the organization at recruitment events.

Provides advanced administration and support for Microsoft Azure, M365, and VMware platforms while mentoring lower-level administrators. Manages infrastructure projects, monitors system performance, and ensures accurate security documentation.
